About Austin Marathon Gives

The Austin Marathon Gives program connects non-profit organizations to passionate race participants willing to fundraise and raise awareness for causes that give back to our local community. Individuals can select one of our Official Charities to run with and add even more meaning to their training and race day miles by supporting a worthy cause.

Since its inception 10 years ago, the program’s charitable donations have raised over $5.5 Million for Central Texas charities.

As an Ascension Seton non-profit hospital, Dell Children’s Medical Center is the only Level One Trauma Center serving a 46 county region across Central Texas, and beyond. Caring for a population of roughly 70% uninsured or underinsured patient families, philanthropic support from our community ensures that no child is ever turned away regardless of their family’s ability to pay.
A young boy in a yellow shirt holds a blue stuffed animal, smiling gently against a teal background adorned with a faint dinosaur outline. On the left, curved bands in purple, yellow, and white add vibrancy. His joyful expression reflects the spirit of Austin Gives Miles, supporting children and charities alike.
