Welcome to the Ascension Seton Austin Marathon Health & Fitness Expo presented by PNC Bank!

Race weekend will be here before we know it, and the energy is building! Whether you’re running the Austin Marathon, Half Marathon, or 5K, this Expo is your chance to pick up last-minute essentials, explore the latest in running gear, and connect with the incredible Austin running community.

What to Expect

  • Race Packet Pickup – Grab your bib, gear check bag, and final race-day details.
  • Local & National Brands – Discover new products, running gear, nutrition, and recovery tools.
  • Expert Advice – You can visit with our Pace groups who can help you with your race-day strategy and give tips on running the course.
  • Race-Day Ready Atmosphere – Connect with fellow runners, take in the excitement, and get inspired for the big day.

Saturday, February  14, 2026      9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Expo visitors must enter 15 minutes prior to expo closing.

Reminder: Due to space and capacity limitations at the Palmer Events Center, packet pick up will be participants only. Friends and family may enter the Health & Fitness Expo portion and meet you once you are done picking your packet.

Prohibited Items:

Due to space constraints, high foot traffic, and venue safety regulations, the following items are strictly prohibited inside the main Expo halls:

  • Bicycles, motorized scooters, and rolling transportation (Note: Outdoor bike racks are available outside the Palmer Events Center; personal wheels cannot be walked through or parked inside the hall).
  • Strollers, baby joggers, and utility carts (Note: Stroller parking is available in the main hallway under the stairs, but items left inside are unattended).
  • Rolling bags and suitcases.
  • Animals: Only designated, active service animals are permitted inside the building. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.
  • Weapons & Hazards: Firearms, knives, pepper spray, or sharp objects of any kind.
  • Flammables & Aerosols: Explosives, fireworks, fuels, or hazardous chemicals.
  • Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind
  • Disruptive Items: Noisemakers (air horns, whistles, portable boomboxes), helium balloons, confetti, or streamers.
  • Smoking & Vaping: e-cigarettes, vapes, and tobacco products.
  • Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, etc.

While kiddos are welcome, our expo brings a grown-up vibe, and due to space and capacity limitations at the Palmer Events Center, we’re counting on you to keep a close eye on them so everyone—runners, families, and our awesome exhibitors—can enjoy the space safely.
