How to Manage Registration

Am I Registered?

First, search your email for your confirmation email or your receipt from

Next, Check your registration status by logging account. automatically create a participant account based on the email you used during registration.

To access your account:

  1. Go to and click “Participant Login”
  2. First-time users will need to follow the steps provided to request a temporary password.
  3. Once you are logged in, you will see all of your registrations listed.

Once you are logged in you will be able to review the events you have registered for. After you locate this years current registration you can then click on the pencil icon to make updates to certain fields such as pace, email address, bib name (if available), shirt size and more.

If you do not see your registration, it is possible you signed up with another email address. If you have any issues or would like us to help search for you, please contact us.

Can’t Find Confirmation Email or Receipt?

Check Spam Filter

Many times if you use the same email address for multiple entries your Internet Service Provider (ISP) will flag our confirmation emails as spam since you are receiving multiple emails at once that look 99% identical.

Next if you do not find it in your spam folder, search your email for as this will show up as the sender for your receipt.

Manage My Registration

If you cannot find the emails in your spam folder, the next step is to follow the Manage My Registration instructions above.

Once you are logged in you will be able to:

  1. Verify Registration
  2. Resend Registration Confirmation Email
  3. Edit Application Details (including joining a team)
  4. Resend Payment Receipt Email
  5. Manage Team (if you signed up as a team captain)

After you log in, if the event you are looking for does not show up, you may not be registered for the event or you may have registered using a different email.
