Austin Full Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K Packet Pick Up

The first step to starting the 2025 Ascension Seton Austin Marathon is picking up your race packet at the Health and Fitness Expo presented by PNC Bank

The Austin Marathon Health & Fitness Expo presented by PNC Bank is the perfect place to find all of your running needs, plus it’s a great place to have fun. From the latest trends in running apparel, to nutrition and supplements, you’re sure to find something that fits your needs. Plus, you can meet with our pace team and other runners and get some great race tips! The expo is open to the public so feel free to invite friends and family to meet up with you after you pick up your packet.

There are plenty of opportunities for shopping and discovering new products, so plan plenty of time to explore all there is offered. Plus don’t forget to visit the Austin Marathon booth to lock in exclusive pricing for next year that will only be available at the expo.

Expo visitors must enter 15 minutes prior to expo closing.

Boo Jam here, swooping in with a friendly reminder for all our runners with mini humans in tow! Our expo brings a grown-up vibe, and due to space and capacity limitations at the Palmer Events Center, strollers, rolling bags, and carts are not permitted at Packet Pickup or inside the Health & Fitness Expo halls.

While kiddos are welcome, we’re counting on you to keep a close eye on them so everyone—runners, families, and our awesome exhibitors—can enjoy the space safely.

If you do need to bring a stroller, stroller parking is available under the stairs in the hallway. Please note that items left in strollers are unattended.

Parking

Parking at the Palmer Parking Garage will be $7 during expo hours (regularly $10). Notify the attendant that you are there for packet pickup to receive the discount.

The Packet Pick Up Process

What You Need To Bring:

Photo ID
Bib Number – Your bib number and a QR code will be emailed to you 10 days before race day. Be prepared to bring one or the other (you don’t need both) to packet pick up.

Important Details:

Parking in the Palmer Event Center garage is available for a fee. There is also street parking available close by at Butler & Auditorium Shores park.
Packet Pick Up is for all events – Austin Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5K.
All participants must pick up their own packet. Packets include bib, timing device, and safety pins. See SWAG below!
Expo visitors must enter 15 minutes prior to expo closing.
Parents can pick up packets for children ages 17 and under.
There is no race day packet pick-up and packets cannot be mailed.
Only service animals are allowed in the building.
