2024

December 9: 

  • Deadline to have team name printed on bibs

2025

January 26:

  • Bulk Pay Code expires for teams that selected this payment method.
  • Last day for guaranteed inclusion on Name Wall displayed at Expo & Finish Line.

February 7:

  • The last day for a team to fulfill the criteria for early packet pick-up qualification, provided the captain opted for this pickup method.
  • The deadline to join a team and guarantee inclusion in the group packet pick-up, contingent upon the captain’s selection of this pickup option.

February 13:

  • Advanced packet pick up for qualifying teams of 25+ who selected Team Captain pick up.
