2. When will my race photos and videos be available?
  1. FinisherPix race photos and videos will be available within 48 hours after race day. A separate email with the link will be sent if you pre-purchased the package.
3. I pre-purchased the photo package but haven’t received my link for watermark-free images.
  1. You must contact the photography company, FinisherPix, directly to claim your images and receive the download link, especially if you were asked to pay again. You should provide the receipt from your eventdog.com account.
4. Who should I contact if with questions or concerns about my photos or if my download link has issues?

5. Are photo packages refundable?
  1. No, merchandise items, including the photo/video package, are non-refundable per event policies.
