2027 Team Dates and Deadlines

NOVEMBER 30, 2026

  • Deadline for 10+ teams to be included in social media shoutouts

JANUARY 8, 2027

  • Bulk Pay codes expire for teams who established this payment method, last day for team members to register using a bulk pay code

JANUARY 22, 2027

  • Bulk Payment invoices due for teams who established this payment method
  • Group Packet Pickup Deadline
    • Deadline to opt-in to group packet pick up for teams with 25+ members
    • Deadline to join a team and be included in group packet pick-up (if team qualifies and captain opts-in)
  • Final day to submit official cheer station application for teams 35+
  • Team editing is locked — final day to edit team settings

JANUARY 25, 2027

  • All unpaid bulk pay registrations will be voided

FEBRUARY 1, 2027

  • Last day for guaranteed inclusion on Name Wall displayed at Expo & Finish Line for teams with 5+ members
