Instructions - 1. Dissolve 3 Nuun tablets for every 16 ounces of water. 2. Add dissolved Nuun and fruit slices to popsicle molds. 3. Place popsicle molds in freezer. 4. Let sit for 4-6 hours.

Ingredients/supplies - 1 large orange, 2 handfuls of strawberries, 1 banana, one third cup chopped carrots, yogurt (optional), one Nuun tablet. Directions - 1. Pour Nuun into molds then add strawberry slices up the sides, be careful not to let them all settle at the bottom of the popsicle molds. 3. Place popsicle molds in freezer. 4. Let sit for 4-6 hours.
