The Ascension Seton Austin Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K is excited to announce the continuation of its partnership with Meanwhile Brewing Co. as the Official Beer of the 2027 event, taking place on Sunday, February 14, 2027. The locally owned Austin brewery will once again bring its signature craft beers and welcoming atmosphere to the heart of the event celebration, hosting the Meanwhile Beer Garden at the downtown Finish Line Festival.
The renewed partnership highlights the Austin Marathon’s commitment to supporting local businesses and creating memorable experiences that extend beyond the finish line. Known for its community-focused approach and locally crafted beers, Meanwhile Brewing Co. has become a valued part of the event’s festivities, offering runners and spectators a place to gather, celebrate accomplishments, and enjoy the energy of the event.
The Meanwhile Beer Garden will serve as a central gathering spot at the Finish Line Festival, where participants, friends, and family can celebrate alongside thousands of fellow runners and supporters. With live music, and a lively downtown atmosphere, the festival brings together the Austin community for a celebration of endurance, achievement, and the city’s vibrant culture.

The 2027 Ascension Seton Austin Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K will take place on Sunday, February 14, 2027, welcoming runners from across the country to experience Austin’s iconic neighborhoods, live entertainment, and enthusiastic community support. The event weekend will kick off with the Health & Fitness Expo Presented by PNC Bank, taking place February 12–13 at the Palmer Events Center.
Following the 26.2 miles, the downtown Finish Line Festival will be open to the public, featuring live entertainment, and the Meanwhile Beer Garden, where participants and spectators ages 21 and older can raise a glass to another unforgettable race day.
