Don’t take our word for it…

What others say about us!

After running the marathon this year, we’re thinking of running the half next year. We love Austin and it is the perfect destination to escape the cold winter of Montreal!

I’ll keep coming back cause of the crazy crowd support the city of Austin has for this race!

I have ran the half 8 years in a row now. I love the crowd of runners, fans, and ability to run in the middle of this awesome city. Though sometimes, when I feel the all so famous “runner’s wall,” I ask myself, “Why did I get up at 5 this morning to do this?” When I cross the finish line….I know why. It is also the only time I get up at 5 in the morning!!!

I’ve run the half once and plan on doing it again sometime in the future. The course was really great and the crowd cheering was fantastic

The first three miles up South Congress is amazing and crossing the finish line after 26.2 miles through hills is the greatest high you’ll ever experience

Im from San Antonio and enjoyed the race weekend thoroughly. The expo, marathon route and spectators were all memorable. I plan on running next year.

I’ve ran it 10 times! My very first marathon was the Austin marathon in 2005, right before my sister’s first deployment. Since then, she’s ran it with me multiple times. It’s like running an extra long Sunday morning run with friends, and having friends as volunteers along the route. We’ve both commented that we both ran some of our best races here even without training! Looking forward to surprise treats/snacks/entertainments along the route in the future!

I ran the Austin Marathon for my 50th in 2014, my first! as a bucket list, ran NYC in 2015…i would love to run the Austin marathon well until I’m older! love you guys!

Austin is the city I love! I have PR’ed twice at the Austin Half Marathon. It’s like the city is loving me back as I run through it… Pushing me to be my best! It’s the best relationship ever! ????
